Rates & Insurance

My practice philosophy involves devoting as much time as clinically appropriate and necessary, tailored to the individual needs of a given patient. I accept NYSHIP, Empire, and Carelon, which allows for flexibility in providing the level of care each patient deserves.

Fees, Insurance and Payment

  •  Payment for services is required in full by cash, check, or Zelle Quickpay at the time of visits.

  • Patients with out-of-network insurance benefits may be entitled to reimbursement by their health insurer, and I am happy to provide a billing statement that can be submitted for partial reimbursement.

  • **Please check your coverage carefully to determine your out-of-network benefits.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not keep a scheduled appointment, I require at least 48 hours notice in advance, otherwise you will be responsible for paying the full cost of the missed appointment.
